Recruitment & Talent Manager
Company overview: This hotel group has various award-winning luxury & upscale properties in Switzerland. You would be based at their offices in the Lake Geneva region.
Position overview: As Recruitment & Talent Manager, you will oversee a team of 3-4 employees and report directly to the Director of Human Resources of the Group. This is an excellent role to bring in your own ideas and passion for human resources and people.
Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for the implementation of recruitment and talent selection programs to meet the strategic and operational needs of their properties.
Main tasks in recruitment:
Define and implement the recruitment policy for all establishments
Define the roles to be filled and the candidates' profiles
Carry out search and sourcing, based on the positions to be filled
Prepare reports based on all recruitment activities carried out by the company
Setting up recruitment KPIs
Main tasks in talent management:
Create a succession plan
Create a career management plan within and between the hotels
Create a talent tracking program
We are looking for the right candidate, so notice period is not an issue. The role comes with a competitive salary and bonus system. The role is a 100% role (indefinite contract).
Ideal profile and background: Several years’ experience in recruitment in a role such as Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, Assistant Recruitment Manager or similar
Experience in luxury/upscale hotels or hospitality businesses currently or in the past
You need to be fluent in French & have a good knowledge of English
You must be eligible to work in Switzerland or Europe
You are passionate about people and you enjoy working both autonomously and in a team

F&B manager, upscale 4* hotel, french speaking part of SWITZERLAND
.We are looking for a F&B Manager for an upscale 4* hotel in the French speaking part of Switzerland ("Suisse romande").
In this role you would be part of the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Manager.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about F&B and has an entrepreneurial mindset - my client is very open to new ideas to improve the current situation further.
Candidates need to be experienced F&B Managers or senior Assistant F&B Managers/Assistant F&B Directors or similar in 4* or 5* hotels, speak French fluently, have a good knowledge of English and need to be eligible to work in Switzerland or Europe. Due to the organization of face-to-face meetings, candidates need to be currently based in Continental Europe.
The role comes with a competitive salary (13 months salary) and other benefits. The contract is an unlimited contract.
